Booking a Pickup through Client Portal
Booking a pickup through our online portal is simple, and can be done in 3 easy steps.
Login to Customer Portal, select “Request Case Pickup”
Enter the number of cases your parcel contains
Select “Update”. Your pickup booking is complete!
Frequently Asked Questions
Turnaround times vary depending on the item, ranging from 1–12 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You can include a lab slip with your case when packaging it or submit the case directly through our Customer Portal.
