How do I submit a case?
Submit your case through our online client portal. If you require assistance, contact us via 09 558 7202 or email info@oceanicdentallab.com. A confirmation email will be sent after submission. You will receive an email to confirm your case submission.
What’s the turn around time?
Turnaround times range from 1–10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, depending on the item.
Do you accept digital scans?
Yes, we accept STL file format digital scans. For submission details, refer to our Sending a Digital Case Guide.
Do you offer rush services for urgent cases?
Yes, we provide rapid services for urgent cases. Consult our price book for specific timeframes and pricing.

What is the waiting time on a repair?
Denture repairs, additions, and relines: 1 day in the lab Appliance repairs: Simple: 1 day in the lab Complex: 7–10 working days Cast chrome framework: Time varies depending on the case
What materials do we use for dental restorations?
We use only premium materials from recognised suppliers. These include: Zirconia E.max Bego Lucitone 199 We also offer hypoallergenic, highly biocompatible materials upon request.
Do we do deals on bulk items?
We provide discounts for high-volume orders based on material type, volume, and frequency of submissions. Call 09 558 7202 to discuss options.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, GST applies to eligible items such as veneers, inlays/onlays, mouthguards, denture repairs, and frameworks.
Do you supply implant componentry?
Yes, we supply implant componentry and can accommodate cases where clients provide their own components.

Our restorations undergo rigorous checks as part of our quality management system, ensuring all products are of quality at every stage.
What is the warranty or guarantee on your dental restorations?
We offer: 5-year warranty on fixed crowns 12-month warranty on removable products 90-day warranty on retainers
