1. Any instruction provided by you for the supply of goods or services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Service Terms

1. Goods and services are provided as per customer instructions. Changes or cancellations after manufacturing begins may incur charges.
2. Turnaround times for cases are typically 2 weeks but may vary for complex cases or implant work.

Digital Orders

1. Digital orders are subject to charges as per the current price list. Manufacturing begins within one hour of receipt during business hours. Changes after this point may incur fees.

Price and Payment

1. Prices may change without notice. GST and applicable taxes will be added.
2. Payment terms for credit accounts are 30 days. Late payments may incur interest and fees.

Guarantee

1. Oceanic provides a guarantee on select products, subject to conditions:

• Crowns (excluding fully milled zirconia and e.max®): 5 years
• Fully milled zirconia: 10 years
• e.max®: 2 years
• Removable appliances: 3 months

2. The guarantee does not cover damage not caused by manufacturing defects. Removable prosthodontics like dentures and splints are not covered by a written guarantee.

Digital Rebate Terms

1. Rebates are based on monthly digital case spend and exclude aligner and guided surgery cases.
2. Scanners must be compatible with our system, and accounts must be within trading terms to qualify.

New Client Limited-Time Offer

1. This offer is valid for new clients only and excludes precious alloys, implant components, and clear aligners. It cannot be combined with other rebates.

Public Liability Insurance

1. Oceanic Dental Pty Ltd is insured for up to $20,000,000 per occurrence, with exclusions for the USA and Canada unless specified.

Medical Advice

1. Oceanic’s discussions or recommendations are advisory only and do not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Responsibility for diagnosis and treatment remains with the dentist.

Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
